At a recent Fox News town hall, Donald Trump was asked about when he foresaw the economy getting back on track. Now I didn’t watch this event live. For one reason, I was looking after my kid. For another, I refuse to watch Fox News, but I digress. When I first read a headline that Trump wanted to reopen the country on April 12th, or Easter, I told my mother, “Oh, just watch, he’s going to compare himself to Jesus and talk about resurrecting the economy on Easter Sunday.” Not long after, I read his exact response. It was: “I’d love to have it open by Easter. I would love to have that. It’s such an important day for other reasons, but I’ll make it an important day for this too.

The latest episode of my podcast ("I Feel Snitty"), entitled, "The Coronavirus Jesus," is now available! Here's a brief description of it: A month ago, we were at 15 cases of Coronavirus, when "President" Trump told the nation we'd be down to zero cases in a couple of days. We've now exceeded 50,000 cases, so like Flonase is (in)famous for, "15 is greater than 50,000." With the flattening of the curve nowhere yet in sight, The Donald wants to reopen the country on Easter Sunday. In this episode, I predict what ol' Donnie boy will tell the nation on resurrection Sunday. Let him prey, I mean us pray... Kids, take note. If you ever want to be a leader, especially in a time of emergency, watch Donald Trump. Watch him very closely and then do the exact opposite. As it’s been several weeks since the pandemic initially struck America, I think we can now safely gauge what Trump’s mindset is during times of crisis. Sadly, it’s merely identical to his mindset in every other situation. Here’s a step-by-step rundown: Step 1: Deny the crisis exists. Step 2: Downplay the crisis when it comes to light that it does in fact exist. Step 3: No matter how bad the crisis gets, tell people he’s got things under

It’s not rare for Donald Trump to provide the public with a word salad. As a matter of fact, I think word salad may be the only language he actually speaks. For those of you unfamiliar with the term, a word salad is “a confused or unintelligible mixture of seemingly random words and phrases…” So due to the frequency at which The Donald unleashes such tangents, I rarely feel the need to dissect them. Well, with a recent such moment, however, the word salad was so epic, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to talk about it. At a March 5th Fox News town hall, anchor Martha MacCallum asked Trump the

As with everything else negative which has occurred during his tenure, Donald Trump has attempted to downplay Coronavirus. In a recent tweet, he posted the following message: “So last year 37,000 Americans died from the common Flu. It averages between 27,000 and 70,000 per year. Nothing is shut down, life & the economy go on. At this moment there are 546 confirmed cases of CoronaVirus, with 22 deaths. Think about that!” Donald Trump isn’t about context. I doubt he even knows what the word means. When he hears it, he probably responds, “What about the protext?” The CDC reported 35.5 million cases of influenza in the United States in 2018-2019, where, 34,200

With each and every passing day, it appears increasingly more likely that Donald Trump wrote the book, 1,001 Things Not to Say or Do During a Pandemic Flu. Seriously, if there were one person you wouldn’t want leading the nation during a pandemic flu, it’s Donald Trump, with Mike Pence coming in a close second, and that uber-handsy guy from work rounding out the top 3. Here’s what Donald Trump has done in the wake of Coronavirus, or Beervirus as he likely calls it: -        Told us everything was going wonderfully. -        Silenced the CDC, as people started dying. -        Named Mike Pence, the anti-science dunce, to lead his Coronavirus team. -        Lied about the number of Americans whom

Here's a brief description of it: Trebek: "This individual would be the worst leader, either hypothetical or actual, to lead a nation during a pandemic flu." "Who is Donald Trump?" Trebek: "That is correct!" In this episode, I sarcastically break down Trump's striking ignorance and ineptitude during the Coronavirus outbreak via facts, a make-believe conversation between Trump and a die-hard supporter of his, and a Top Ten List. Enjoy, but don't forget to wash your hands for twenty seconds before listening. The episode can be heard in its entirety here: https://ifeelsnitty.podbean.com/e/trumponavirus/
