Four new book reviews!

My new book, LOL at the GOP - Volume 6: Orange Is the New Crazy, has recently received four reviews. Here they are:

1) "This book sums up Trump's run for President perfectly!! (5 out of 5 stars)

First, I will say I'm Tracy Fort, Craig's partner on the Tracy and Craig Show. However, I'm capable of writing an impartial review.

Craig is without a doubt one of the smartest and gifted people I know. I knew I made the right decision asking him to co-host the show. His brilliant mind is shown in his satirical writing.

This book is a must buy for all political buffs. This will be a book we look back on and ask ourselves - HE really was the nominee??? In the book, the author charmed us with stories of the what if's and showed just how ridiculous Trump and the Republicans were. While satirical in humor, I just can see some of these conversations occurring. Gotta laugh to keep from crying type of thing.

I can't recommend this book enough! I also suggest you check out Craig's other books. Pure perfection!!"

2) "Craig Rozniecki has written a crazy funny but seriously insightful look back at the 2016 Republican Primary (5 out of 5 stars)

If you need to laugh to keep from crying over the absurdity of this election year then “Orange is the New Crazy” is a must read. Craig Rozniecki has written a crazy funny but seriously insightful look back at the 2016 Republican Primary and Presidential nominee Donald Trump. This is a must read for political junkies, satirists or those who missed the craziness of the 2016 Republican Primary.

In a Fictitious Forward, Craig skillfully crafts a job interview where Donald Trump explains to Reince Priebus why he is best qualified to lead. For me, this alone was worth the price of the book; I laughed so hard my cheeks hurt. Craig sets up each section by starting with real facts and events (with references) that leave you either terrified by what could have been or wondering what elementary school playground this all took place. He then wraps those crazy events in humor such that you feel much better but still have a clear understanding of just how serious this all was (or is).

This book is insightful, well researched and incredibly funny. He gives us accurate historical insight into the events of 2016 then wraps it in humor that makes you feel a bit better about the whole mess. The way in which Craig applies real world behaviors and mannerisms in these fictitious but believable segments is nothing short of pure brilliance.

Part poli-sci history and part laugh out loud funny; “Orange is the New Crazy” is informative and serious but heals with humor and laughs. This was the first book I have read by Craig, I highly recommend it to lovers of this genre and am now a new fan."

3) "Informative & Entertaining (5 out of 5 stars)

Perfect summary of the mess that is the 2016 presidential election, focus on Trump. Read it, you won't regret it!"

4) "I'm so thankful for Craig Rozniecki's humorous take on recent events (5 out of 5 stars)

I've been waiting for the next installment of Craig Rozniecki's, LOL at the GOP series. And I am not disappointed. The GOP orange man has given us "Yuge" piles of fodder so I am not surprised at the timing of Craig's new book. I'm so thankful for the humorous take on recent events because, honestly, I've been on the verge of tears every time "It" opens his mouth. My family has been checking on psychiatric wards in the area because I've been arguing with and sometimes screaming at my television screen whenever the Orange, racist, misogynist, bigot...appears. The belief is that if "It" wins I will have a nice padded room awaiting my arrival. and truthfully, I will be happy to go! I think that I need to reread "Orange Is The New Crazy" to make me laugh again."

Boycotting jukeboxes because of TouchTunes

I love music and enjoy hitting the bar(s) over the weekend, so naturally, when the mood strikes me, I've never been coy about playing some songs on the jukebox. This past Thursday, a friend of mine turned 50, so several friends of her's, including myself, all met up to celebrate the occasion. At around 9:30, a friend of mine and I both chipped in $5 to play some songs on the jukebox. Four hours and 231 skips later, we gave up on hearing the songs we had selected, and went home knowing we had just wasted $5. This wasn't the first time such a thing had happened to me (and many others), and due to that, I'll be boycotting jukeboxes. Why? The scam known as TouchTunes. You see, here's how the plot typically breaks down. A person (or group of people) downloads the TouchTunes app on his/her phone, consumes one too many adult beverages, and due to this, has less care for spending extra money to hear the songs of their choosing right NOW. That's the thing with TouchTun

The difference between "looking" and "checking out"

I may be way off with these numbers, but it's my approximation that at least 75% of individuals whom are involved in a serious relationship feel it's perfectly acceptable to "check out" members of the opposite sex they're not involved with. Meanwhile, approximately 25% either don't feel this is acceptable or aren't sure about the matter. I hadn't thought about this matter for a while, but since I've been dating a woman for about 8 months, the topic has been pondered about some. When reading or hearing others discuss this very issue, I often times hear comments similar to the following: "It's human nature to look." "There's nothing wrong with checking others out. I'm sure he/she does it too!" "It's fine to do it. Just don't tell your boyfriend/girlfriend about it or do it in front of them!" "It's natural to find people attractive." When observing the array of comments, I i

The verdict is in. To no one's surprise, Jonathan Hoenig has been found guilty of being an idiot.

Just recently, when discussing the Michael Brown shooting and whether or not race had anything to do with it, Fox News contributor Jonathan Hoenig said, "You know who talks about race? Racists." One moment while I provide Mr. Hoenig with the well deserved slow-clap. :: slow-claps for two seconds :: So, that was quite the line by Mr. Hoenig, wasn't it? "You know who talks about race? Racists." Well, wasn't he just talking about race? So, by his own words, I guess that makes him a racist. Also, if he wants to be consistent, does this mean that people whom talk about gender are sexists and people whom talk about sexual orientation are homophobes? With that line of thinking, Hoenig would engage in the following back-and-forths: Hoenig: "So, who are you voting for?" A woman: "The Democratic candidate, because he's been adamant about his support for equal rights for women." Hoenig: "You sexist feminist nazi!"
