I just read an article by "Dr." Kevin "Coach" Collins on the uber right-wing site, The Western Center For Journalism, entitled, "Democrats Are Unpatriotic; Are They Immoral As Well?"
The first thing I wanted to ask was, "Is being unpatriotic immoral? If so, isn't the title a little redundant?" In any case, let's go on a journey with the doctor of stupidity (he has a PhD in the field) and see what he has to say.
Mr. Collins starts his "piece" with this:
"Question: It's clearly unpatriotic to be a Democrat; but is it immoral?"
Clearly... Some may even claim being unpatriotic to be immoral, which would negate any reason for writing this article in the first place, but please continue anyway...
"Democrats hate the military and are always working to undermine America's defense so we have no protection from their international friends."
Right, because favoring diplomacy over war to save money and keep our soldiers out of harm's way is a significant indicator Democrats hate the military. Also, since the U.S. spends more on defense than any other country in the world and the numbers aren't even close, while we cut funds from education, government jobs, and so forth, wanting to strip the military of some unnecessary spending so we can improve the country in other ways is obviously another sign Democrats hate the military. Okay, is there anything else you'd like to add, Dr. Douche?
"Democrats always act in ways that favor America's enemies and insult our friends. Hearing Democrats say they are embarrassed to be American is commonplace from newsrooms to the highest offices of our government."
Right... At least five times a day, I hear a Democrat crying, saying, "I'm so embarrassed to be from this country! I hate it here! We're so evil! Why do I have to live here? Why couldn't I have been born in Cuba? Why? Why? Why?" Okay, so perhaps that's a slight exaggeration, but not much more of an exaggeration than the one Dr. Numbnutz shared. Okay, "doctor," what else do you have?
"Democrats have urged surrender in every conflict we have been in since Viet Nam. Immediately after a terror attack, Democrats jump to act as apologists for those who would see us dead. It is hard to find a Democrat under 60 who is patriotic, and it's a good bet that those who ran off to Canada in the 1960s and 70s are today's most reliable Democrats."
Dr. Who appears to be as fond of science and research as Santa Claus is of fruits and vegetables. So, what is "patriotism" to you, Dr. Dumbas*? The antithesis, in your mind, is attempting to find reasons for an attack so we can better prevent it from happening again. So, does that mean "patriotism" to you is killing without thinking or learning so there's less chance of being attacked and needing to kill our attackers in the future? I see... Is there anything else you'd like to add?

"They are the Party that has gleefully declared itself enemies of God. They have booed God's name. They cheered Barack Obama during his phony government shutdown when he threatened to arrest Catholic priests who tried to minister on federal property."
Yes, as Barack Obama was inaugurated and took an oath while placing his hand on the Bible, he said, "My party and I are enemies of God!," and at this, thousands of onlookers chanted, "God! Boo! God! Boo! God! Boo!" Wow, this is excellent evidence so far. Anything else?
"Bloodthirsty Democrats see partial birth abortion as a secular sacrament and worship gay 'marriage.' Their stranglehold on healthcare has endangered the lives of millions of Americans. Poverty levels under Democrats are always climbing because of their greed and avarice."
Oh, now he's caught on! The reason fictional Democrats declared themselves enemies of God is because they worship another entity - gay marriage! Elton John is even their Pope! That bit about healthcare makes a lot of sense as well. People are no longer being rejected due to pre-existing conditions, and due to this and other reasons, more people are attaining access to healthcare, yet more people with healthcare means more people's lives are in jeopardy for some reason. Also, what's the source of that last bit of information regarding poverty? Survey says - Dr. Moron's arse. Lovely... What other evidence can you muster, "doctor"?
"Their deficit spending immorally burdens future generations far into the future. They want to go easy on criminals while stripping us of our right to own guns for protection."
Let's look at the economy under Democrat President Bill Clinton and compare it to the economy under Republican President George W. Bush, and the economy when Democrat President Barack Obama took office and what it's like today. He's also right on the money with that regard to gun rights. Democrats want to take away criminals' rights to own guns, so obviously, they're going easy on criminals while stripping law-abiding citizens of their gun rights... Are you done yet, Mr. Noclue?
"Government-run schools in Democrat-controlled cities are among the worst in the country. They constantly promote class warfare, pitting rich versus poor and vice versa."
Yet Democrats have typically wanted to increase funding on education, while Republicans have wanted to strip funding in place of the yet to be named war for next year. Class warfare? I thought poverty levels always rose under Democrat presidents because of their "greed." Yet they're promoting class warfare in an attempt to aid the poor? How greedy indeed... Okay, Dr. Confused, anything else?
"They are underrepresented in our military and over-represented in our jails."
Yet studies have been conducted which show a link between poverty and crime, and since Democrats are supposedly the greediest among us, how could they be over-represented in our jails? That's a mystery... Dr. Contradiction, please tell me you're done...
"Surveys show they are the least charitable among us, preferring to spend the money they tax out of other people rather than their own."
"By any standard, Democrats are clearly unpatriotic and immoral."
So, let me get this straight - Democrats are the greediest among us, yet are very poor, because they're over-represented in jail cells, and both the greediest and poorest (perhaps incarcerated) among us aren't at all charitable? Huh, I'll be darned. Lovely research by the way. You've sure convinced me, that by any standard, Dr. Kevin "Coach" Collins is stupid and dishonest, which in my book, makes him immoral. Well, due to the poor writing, elementary reasoning, nonexistent research, and kindergarten-level critical thinking skills displayed by "Dr." Collins, I must be going now, to take a couple of Advil, a shot of Whiskey, and attempt to numb myself from this man's ignorance.
