Okay, so that's not entirely true... I also don't know how seriously one can take this particular poll result, but in any case - I find it to be hilarious (in a sad way).
Public Policy Polling just released some poll results today. Go figure, right? While it showed President Obama leading Republican nominee Mitt Romney by 5 points in the huge battleground state of Ohio, there was one other result from the state which made me temporarily forget that Obama is ahead by 5 in Ohio.
According to this poll, 15% of Ohio Republicans believe that Mitt Romney deserves more credit than President Obama for killing Osama bin Laden. Another 47% of Ohio Republicans said they weren't sure who should receive more credit. At first, I thought this was an article from The Onion or Andy Borowitz, but no - it's legit.
In light of this poll, rumor has it that these Ohio Republicans also think McDonald's has the answer to the obesity epidemic, that Charlie Chaplin gave the "I have a dream" speech and that the West Nile is a river in Uranus.
