Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte made a rape joke, saying if his troops raped women during his martial law, he'd cover for them. Comedian Kathy Griffin did a photoshoot which featured a picture of her holding a bloodied doll head resembling President Trump. Then just last night, Real Time host Bill Maher engaged in the following back-and-forth with Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse: Sasse: "We'd love to have you work in the fields with us."
