Adam Sandler Officially Sucks

I admit, I've never been a huge fan of comedian/actor Adam Sandler. I wasn't blown away by his performance on Saturday Night Live, his song about Hanukkah and there's just something about his voice that has always sounded like nails against a chalkboard to me. When I was a young lad, I did enjoy his film "Happy Gilmore," but quickly grew out of that. I was never too keen on "Billy Madison". I did enjoy "Wedding Singer," thought "Big Daddy" was more or less cute and found some parts of the stupid comedy "Airheads" to be funny (that was a long time ago, though. I'm not certain I'd still find it humorous). "The Longest Yard" I felt had some funny moments, but as is usually the case, wasn't nearly as good as the original. Funny Story About Director Uwe Boll

 (I wrote this a while back, but still find it kind of funny. If the writing appears to be a bit outdated, that is the reason why.) Ever heard of him? He's a German director (as well as doctor) who focuses his time, work, and energy on films based off of video games. He's directed three American films: House of the Dead, Alone in the Dark, and BloodRayne. The cinematic genre of video game take offs are not widely respected by critics and the films that Boll has himself directed are probably the least respected of the lot. Just recently, an article was written in Vancouver, British Columbia regarding Boll's success.
