Alito’s opinion draft was leaked to the press in recent days, and in it he declares that a majority of Supreme Court Justices will vote to uphold the Mississippi law which bans abortions after 15 weeks via the 2018 Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case, and both Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v.
