For those of you whom don't go to the Berean Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, allow me to introduce you to the preacher of that church, Ron Baity. In light of a federal judge striking down the ban on gay marriage in North Carolina, Mr. Baity said the following during a sermon of his this past Sunday: "If you think for one skinny minute, God is going to stand idly by and allow this to go forward without repercussions, you better back up and rethink this situation. I want you to understand, that is raw, pure blasphemy." He added this: "My friend, we are meriting, we are bringing the judgment of God on this nation as sure as Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed, don't be surprised at the plagues.
