Alan Gottlieb is the executive vice president of the gun-rights group the Second Amendment Foundation, which is planning to team up with other such groups to hold a "Guns Save Lives Day" on the first-anniversary of the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut.
